[xml]libxml in embedded visual c++

Hello list,

I need to integrate libxml in an application for a pocket pc.
Therefore I want to use it in embedded visual c++, to create a app for pocket pc
2003.
Does anybody have experience with the use of libxml in EVC ?
Im having troubles concerning a missing ansidecl.h file wich is needed in
iconv.h.

Any remarks/hints are welcome
