[xml] XML::LibXML Parse file with ignoring entities

Hello!

      I have a one xml file and one dtd file for it. In xml file there
      are entities which declared in dtd file. In xml file there
      are not dtd declaration. When I try parse xml file it returns an
      error.
      How can I expand entities?
