Hi,

The flag XML_PARSE_NOWARNING / XML_PARSE_NOERROR does not suppress all messages to stderr, e.g. if the 
namespace declaration is not an absolute path, i.e. not starting with http:// Is there a way to suppress all 
messages? I'm using libxml 2.6.8.
