[xml] encoder handler question.

Hi,


I would like to encode a webpage with encoding type iso-8859-7 into
iso-8859-1 and the opposite.
Am i have to register a new handler with xmlRegisterCharEncodingHandle
(where can i find the code for this handler?) or can i use one of the
handlers that generate the xmlInitCharEncodingHandlers.
