[xml] No entities in attributes

Salut,

when I use saveFormatFileEnc(filename, 'ISO-8859-1', 1) to write an
xml document to disk, then all umlauts will be written as entities
(&#???;) within attributes whilst tag names may contain umlauts. Is
there a way to pretend these entities?
