[xml] changelog not being updated since Nov 30

Since over 1 month the Changelog shown on the web
(http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/gnome-xml/ChangeLog) hasn't been
updated. This is pretty bad, because I try to follow the changes and the
developement. And checking out CVS and comparing the changes is quite
annoying and time consuming. Following the mailling list doesn't cover
everything.
