Again I am surprised that there are parse errors with the ArborText docbook. And again, should I have
been surprised?
You misused xmllint. --loaddtd doesn't take an argument.
And docbookx.dtd doesn not parse as an XML resource.
I don't know what you're trying to do but running xmllint --help
and carefully reading the output might help.
