[xml] problem using libxml

Hi,

I need libxml to run neon webdav client.  Right now libxml is not working.  I am getting following error on 
solaris:
no XML parser was found: expat or libxml 2.x required

I downloaded libxml but don't know in which folder of neon should I put the libxml directory?  Also I think 
that configure file of neon probably needs to be changed.  I don't know what to change though.  Can anyone 
help?
