[xml] thanks for the performance boost

Hi,

Not-a-bug: we switched from libxml2 2.5.10 to 2.6.15 in the update of 
our application server: great performance boost! + less memory 
consumption - the dictionaries work nice here. We had to update the 
Pascal bindings/Delphi-DOM-wrapper + testing + worry about changes, so 
we are always a bit (!) behind the latest releases with our main 
products. So this is a big "thanks" to all for the work!
