  I'm afraid I forgot to generate it (as well a 2.6.7 and 2.6.8) :-\
The content comes from libxml2 and libxslt tarballs, so if you
know what set of libxml2/libxslt release you want to use the files
are:
XMLFILES="python/libxml2-python-api.xml doc/libxml2-api.xml python/libxml.c
          python/libxml.py python/libxml_wrap.h python/types.c
          python/setup.py python/README python/TODO python/drv_libxml2.py"
XSLTFILES="python/libxslt-python-api.xml doc/libxslt-api.xml python/libxslt.c
          python/libxsl.py python/libxslt_wrap.h"

plus the python/generator.py from libxml2 and python/generator.py from
libxslt as xsltgenerator.py
