I have downloaded version libxml2-2.6.8 .
and its not compiling.

INCLUDE=$(INCLUDE);C:\Programme\Microsoft\Visual Studio
.NET\Vc7\include,C:\downloads\xml\xslt\libxml2-2.6.8\include
LIB=$(LIB);C:\downloads\xml\xslt\libxml2-2.6.8
You have a comma in the include path, that must be a semicolon for multiple
directories.
