And it's a pretty good dragon! Compiled and tested new libxml2 with
xmlsec on RH 9.0 and everything looks very good!

   - No compilation errors/warnings.
   - All functional tests pass.
   - Valgrind shows no new errors (I always see UMRs in low level
     crypto code).
   - Performance test shows about 10-15% speed increase for most of
     the test cases with average increase across all tests equal to 8.5%.
