[xml] htmlParseFile vs htmlParseDoc

There seems to be a big performance hit (x4 to x10)
when using htmlParseDoc instead of htmlParseFile on
big files.
Interestingly, in 2.5.8 there was the same kind of
problem when parsing XML, but it seems to be fixed in
2.5.11.
Any idea what's going on?
