[xml] Release of libxml2-2.6.0beta5

  I have made available a new beta release at
    ftp://xmlsoft.org/test/

The beta5 includes all the big changes I expect to get in the final
release next week:
  - the new SAX2 API
  - the new xmlReadxxx APIs
  - the new error handling code (see the new APIs in xmlerror.h)
  - grow doc, node and attributes element with a field for type informations
I have upgraded my machine with that version it seems to not break
the ABI as far as I can tell.
  - there is still a number of small things to cleanup
  - the DocReader and xmlWriter APIs are still uncertain for 2.6.0
    I will decide beginning of next week what to do with those.
  - fix the python interfaces to provide the new APIs
