[xml] A very minor thing

Dear All,

With the 2.6.1 and 2.6.2 releases there were two rather anomalous
files in the win32 directory called .#configure.js.1.11 and
.#libxml2.def.src.1.18 . Are these really necessary or a result in a
slight glitch in the release system?
