[xml] xml-config

This just doesn't seem to be included in the source package. I have compiled and installed the most recent 
one, but the program I needed libxml for is complaining about the lack of this script, which I can't seem to 
locate. I tried the CVS snapshot, which apparently DOES have it, but it had different errors, one which I 
managed to correct and one which is beyond my limited ability. I've searched the site, the list archives, and 
Google with no luck. I'm sure this is a simple thing but I would appreciate it if you could help me out.
