[xml] case mismatch in xmlsoft.org/FAQ.html

Hi Daniel,

minor flaw, in the FAQ at http://xmlsoft.org/FAQ.html the anchor-part of link
to xmlValidateDtd() in "Developers corner, 10.)" is all uppercaps, but the
anchor itself is mixed case =>
http://xmlsoft.org/html/libxml-valid.html#xmlValidateDtd

Apart from that, this entry was exactly what I was looking for.
