Hi Tobias,
seems that this is new for version 2.5.8 (I've got 2.5.7). Anyway there is no
option --schema. So hopefully in 2.5.9 solaris 2.6 works again.
Thanks alot anyway.
Stefan
Hi Stefan
uhm, understood. but how do we then invoke a validation against W3C
XML Schema?
Enter xmllint and you should see
Usage : [...] [options] XMLfiles
...
Parse the XML files and output the result of the parsing
--relaxng schema : do RelaxNG validation against the schema
--schema schema : do validation against the WXS schema
BTW, does anyone know where the most up-to-date version of the man page
of xmllint is located?
This one
http://linuxcommand.org/man_pages/xmllint1.html
is outdated.
Tobi
