[xml] Inappropriate title on XmlTextReader tutorial page

Just a very minor, pedantic point: I noticed that the tutorial page for the
XmlTextReader interface at http://xmlsoft.org/xmlreader.html bears the
misleading title "XML resources publications guidelines". I believe this
should be changed.

The interface itself looks very interesting. Well done! I would be
interested in hearing about users' experiences with it compared to SAX and
the main tree-based API.

Subject: [xml] Release of libxml2-2.5.0

A new release with more changes than bugfixes for a change:
     ftp://xmlsoft.org/ and GNOME FTP mirrors

The big changes are API extensions, first the new "streaming" API modelled
after the XmltextReader interface from C# see the following for more
