[xml] installation problem

Hello,

I am trying to install libxml2-2.4.21 on Sun Solaris7, I have
gcc3.2.

I had no problem with compile and make, but after I ran make install I
got
the error message at the end below. 

Don't know what goes wrong, any idea?
