[xml] Goodbye xmlwin32version.h

Hi there,

I haven't seen any complaints, so I'll now complete the removal of the
obsolete xmlwin32version.h file.

I'll remove all references to this file from the C source and point it to
xmlversion.h instead. After few days run, I shall remove it from the CVS
repository as well.

Fare you well, xmlwin32version.h, you served us with grace and may you enjoy
your retirement :-)
