When I view the files for libxml2 in the installed packages module for
webmin, it says:

/usr/share/man/man1/xmlcatalog.1.gz 1 kB
Failed file size check
Failed MD5 check
Failed modification time check

/usr/share/man/man1/xmllint.1.gz  2 kB
Failed file size check
Failed MD5 check
Failed modification time check

/usr/share/man/man4/libxml.4.gz 889 B
