I'm not positive on how it is supposed to work, Seems that Read() can 
then be called after the ResolveEntity() to scan the entity content
apparently. If you could provide a couple of tests for entities
in attribute values and in content (with some structure in that case)
and the informations gathered when run through C# that would help me
build the correct implementation for that API.
