   Brown paper bag release, I goofed, 2.4.30 is out:

     ftp://xmlsoft.org/  and Gnome FTP mirrors
     http://xmlsoft.org/
 
The version 2.4.29 broke the Python bindings, 2.4.30 fixes them and
also cleans up the API XML description.
