[xml] libxml + mingw

Hello,

I am trying to compile "libxml2-2.4.23.tar.gz" with "gcc version 2.95.3-6
(mingw special)". I found the Makefile.mingw in the win32 directory bu when
I try make:

 O volume da unidade C é COMPAQ
 O número de série do volume é 39EB-2A8C
 Pasta de C:\usr\lib\libxml2-2.4.23\win32
