[xml] Error registering libxml2.dll

Hi,
   When i tried to register libxml2.dll using regsvr32
i got the error message "libxml2.dll" was loaded but
the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
   I want to use libxml in my vc++ project,is there
any other way of doing this?
   plese help me...
