True - it isn't important, unless you have the Gnome desktop installed. 
Since LibXML is the main provider for XML-based configuration and 
documentation in the Gnome Desktop, LibXML looks for these, to update 
library links and config changes, so that Gnome knows about them.

Python - if you don't have it installed - don't worry either.
