[xml] make tests fails on sparc solaris2.6

Hello,

When i try to build libxml 2.4.6 or 2.4.7 on sparc solaris2.6 with
gcc version 2.95.1 19990816 (release)
'make' seems to succeed but 'make tests' fails like this:

also i get errormessages:

now i'm sad. teardrops on my keyboard!

will someone dry them?
will someone make me merry again?
