Hello! This is a patch for russian koi8-r encoding support from <?xml version="1.0" encoding="koi8-r"?>. First time I thought it will automaticaly use iconv, but it does not. I just added XML_CHAR_ENCODING_KOI8_R to xmlCharEncoding enum and corresponding procedures. I work with this patch since 2.4.5. Do you/me/we need to add avery encoding in this way or did I do something wrong or did not understand? Thank you! -- dapi
