Quit annoying, aye? It is sunday evening and you sound as if the queen's
life would depend on having xmllint running under bloody win32 now :-)

That thing does not compile with VC++ out of the box. Be patient, I shall
have something for you shortly.

I just can't make xmlKeepBlanksDefault work (2.3.3,2.3.4). Really want to
use xmllint to test the library. TIA
