It doesn't really let you edit those pages if you just create a Wiki
account (I tried).  It doesn't even let you edit your own page.

Speaking of compliance documents, metacity now has in CVS a COMPLIANCE
document detailing metacity EWMH compliance.  Someone with change
permission should add this to the metacity entry:
