  While it's still in the "beta" stage, the Interface window manager is  
striving to reach full EWMH compliance someday, with it's compliance  
being tracked here:

  ...which might be worth including on the wm-spec "Supporters" list,  
depending on how "pure" your viewpoint is in terms of current  
compliance and stability.
