timestamp in _NET_WM_CLOSE

Hi,

Metacity has a bug where if you close a window from the window list
(_NET_WM_CLOSE message) then _NET_WM_PING (used when closing the
window) doesn't get a valid timestamp.

cares)

I think we might want to put a timestamp in the _NET_WM_CLOSE
message. Opinions?
