Brian,
Here it is : http://www.tarnyko.net/en/?q=node/15
It's very simple, but should work without problems. Please tell me what
you think.
PS : I don't know Anjuta specifically, but the idea would be to add the
"--cc=i586-mingw32msvc-gcc" parameter to the compilation command. First
test everything in the terminal, though.

Hello bsquared,
There's https://live.gnome.org/Vala/Win32CrossBuildSample, but it's not
adapted to Vala ; it's more a general GCC cross-build tutorial.
I may have time to write a tutorial in this style
(http://www.tarnyko.net/en/?q=node/9) tomorrow. I need some feedback,
though. Are you interested ?

Hello,
It's been a while since I have looked at Vala. I am preparing to write
a simple app that I would like to make available for Linux and Windows.
I am having trouble finding documentation to cross-compile an app
written in Vala to Windows binary. I want to code the project in
Anjuta
and compile both Linux and Windows versions from this code base using
Linux mingw tools.
I do not actually have a Windows based machine available. I will do
testing in Wine with gtk+2.24 runtime enviroment for Windows.
Can someone point me in the right direction to get started on this?
Thank you.

Hello Tarnyko,
Thank you for your response. Both of your links are helpful. I would
be interested in another tutorial similar to your Linux/Mac version it
looks to be well done. Happy to provide feedback as well.

Thanks. I have a question posted in the Anjuta list as well. The goal
is to be able to setup multiple targets with separate environments and
build destinations. If I figure it out I'll share the wealth.
I'll check out your tutorial and get back to you. I am was able to
cross-compile using your previous links, so thanks again.
