[Vala] install error is vala-0.17.2: misplaced vapi files

When I installed vala the vapi files were written to
/usr/local/share/vala-0.18/vapi instead of to
/usr/local/share/vala-0.17.2/vapi. Copying them over fixed multiple
compile errors.
