[Vala] libsoup-2.4.vapi missing SOUP_URI_VALID_FOR_HTTP()

Hello,

Is 'SOUP_URI_VALID_FOR_HTTP()' missing from libsoup.vapi?

I grepped in the 0.14/vapi directory and it came back empty.

I did find it in the gir directory though.  

Is this a bug, or is the gir used?

$ valac --version
Vala 0.14.0
