[Vala] Vala book not in devhelp

Hello,

I am running Gnome 3 on ArchLinux and noticed that the Vala book does
not appear in Gnome's Devhelp.  It does however on another computer
which is running Ubuntu 10.04 and Gnome 2.

I can see that the files exist in /usr/share/devhelp/books/vala-0.12/

Any ideas how to fix?
