[Vala] gstreamer and libxml patches

Hello,

I wrote two patchs, one for the gstreamer binding and one for the libxml
binding. I have sent them by mail ([1] [2]). It was prior to the 0.7.5
release and they haven't been integrated. I guess they have been forgotten,
so I send them again. Can you tell me if you think you can use them. If
there is any problem with them, tell me.
