No.

Not soon unless someone decides that they would enjoy doing it.

gobject-introspection doesn't offer much for gtkmm, though it could give
us better .def files (or some other file format at that stage in
gmmproc).

A general gmmproc rewrite would also be nice, probably using all python,
keeping the existing behaviour, but again, it would not actually be
immediately useful.
