I assume you need this in the context for the valide project. You
should definitely take a look at the tagmanager part of the anjuta
project. It's also some sort of spin off from ctags for the integration
with the anjuta ide.

Or, can we have a valac front-end for produce XML file, like gcc-xml
(http://www.gccxml.org/)?
I have not checked this, but it's probably already possible to generate
some sort of meta syntax format by hooking up libvala.
