[Vala] Glade VAPI

Hello,

 I've created a simple libglade vapi file, and I would like to contribute it :) Unfortunately the signal autoconnecting is not working, because as it states in the documentation, any signal handler should have been created non-static. Anyway I can manually attach the necessary signal handlers, and it's not bad after all:-)
