We've been using it extensively in Canonical, mainly for the web-based
projects we have, but some desktop as well.
I can't speak for my other team members, but it's been a fantastic
tool for me, a huge time saver and the software limits you to
wireframes so designers can still have enough freedom to do their
worst.

It's not open source, it's not free (they do give away free licenses
to open source folks), but it's a fantastic tool.
