I wouldn't presume to volunteer myself as a speaker (and I think I might
have signed up for a study course that weekend) but thanks for making the
offer.

If no one volunteers (on list or more likely privately off list)  and if
you haven't already you would do well to contact OpenUsability.org (who
work closely with KDE).
