[Usability] Cleared backlog from list moderation queue

In case anyone is wondering why a whole lot of old mail has just arrived
on the list it is because I cleared the moderation queue.

List policy is to allow through almost all valid messages from real
people.

I've also added Celeste to the list of approved senders and although I
find crossposting makes it harder to actually get things done you will
need to make sure to keep crossposting for the rest of that discussion it
definately involves people not on this list.
