Plus moving the Expander to save some space and cut down on 
number of elements.

I considered replacing the Places combo box with the path-bar  
on expanding, moving Create Folder to the left of All Files.
But changing a widget to the right of the expander triangle 
would be kinda strange magic, so I stopped here.
