could do it by using Sticky Keys locking at the expense of an extra
keystroke, and that otherwise, it just worked the same as Windows).
Except that other testing showed that things had changed -- an extra
keystroke over windows no longer seems to be required and it is
*exactly* the same as Windows XP now. (As also mentioned in the bug
report you pointed to) ;-)
