Maybe there could be a system of little GNOME foots for certain points
in the HIG. If an app implements enough (say, 5-10) "footed" items it
could claim a star.

Then we could declare that only _five star applications_ can be a part
of the GNOME Desktop release.

This way, we would not only have a good way to gauge the conformity of
apps wrt inclusion, but could claim with confidence that

 "GNOME is full of five star applications!"


P.S. The foots are there so the amount of stars can be balanced to five.
