Seems to me that according to
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/windows-alert.html#alert-button-order
the order would be "better" as:
Skip | Skip All | Cancel Rip | Overwrite All | Overwrite
if you agree with me that overwrite is the affirmative action. (Skip
just seems like a "no means yes" choice, hence less affirmative.)

Does the dialog point out the case when the rip appears to be a repeat
as Havoc suggested?
