[Usability] Choice of WM and edge flipping

I like edge flipping.  It suits me.  In the gnome control center
2.4.0 there is no option for edge flipping.  I see no such
option anywhere else either.

There is no choice of WM in the control center.  I suppose I
have Metacity, but that information does not appear anywhere
in the control center.

How can I get edge flipping?  How do I choose another WM which
has it?  What happened to choice of window managers?  daveA
