[Usability] Changing editor for Cervisia

Hi,

I am using Cervisia as my CVS on Gnome. I want all the files to open with 
Gvim when I double click them, but they open with Kedit. I want to know 
how I can change this so that all my files would open with GVim. Its a lot 
easier to edit files with GVim.
